Kids had a great time. Parents got to chill out and have a drink whilst the celebrations took place.
Overpriced for young children. Refused to put bumpers up. Very unpleasant staff. Will never go back.
These all stars are for the bowling club. A great place and staff at the bowling club were very courteous and understanding. However, the cafe which is run under a different management since we dont have access to put any reviews under the cafe, we have to write here. Service was super slow and the staff was extremely rude.They claim they were very busy on that day which was visible and understandable.1) They could tell the customer it will take 30 -40 mins for a coffee.2)They said my father was being rude to a thirteen year old girl:- how would my dad know that she is 13 year old. Asking for his order after 30 mins is being rude these days? For one instance if I believe he was being rude, does that give the staff license to not to serve hot coffe and keep it deliberately and serve it cold? We know this for sure because the tokens after my dad's coffee were all my friends and they got their coffees before him.What kind of service industry are we talking about.If ten pin bowling management is not considering this, its their loss but your reputation is on stake if the cafe is under different management.I am again saying bowling management was fantastic. The issue was with the cafe.Thanks
Great place for kids birthday party and bowling but they have rude restaurant staff and very slow service. I ordered 2 coffees which "only" took about 40 mins after repeated follow-ups with cafe staff. Kids food, party management and overall experience was great but only if they could get the restaurant staff to be more polite and quick it will be a happy customer experience overall.
The best place to celebrate childrens birthday party.At the same time worst place to get services from counter staff.I had ordered for two cups of coffees.After 15 mins when I asked whether coffee is ready and how much time it will take.Otherwise cancell the order and return the money.One lady from inside loudly shouted on me that why was me troubling the counter girl who is of 13 yrs old.After almost another 15 mins when we go to enquire about coffee she gave us the ordered coffee with hated eyes.The coffee was cold and I could realised that coffee was kept ready but served it late to me just because I enquired about my order inbetweenHenceforth I have decided not to go to such shops who don't behave properly with there customers and later she complained to hosts that his guest didnot behave properly with them.Such a big lie.I have received a reply from the Windsor ten bowl asking me to change the feed back.I do accept it if the coffee shop management is different.I do apologies for the same.But in your reply when you defend coffee shop stating that coffee was not kept ready which is wrong because we have seen it physically and tested the cold coffee even and shiwn it to other customers even.So I stand same for my opinion about coffee shop
I bowl in the Zodiac Windsor legaue here and I say it it's a really nice place to bowl. My niece bowks in a league here and says its also regualrly a good environment. My in-laws came the other day for a social bowl and they seemed to be happy. Good feelings all around. Good job to the management!!!!
A couple of years ago i use dto be an avid bowler out in Wetsern Sydney, but as my age had progressed I had stop duie to back issues but recently I had returned watching my son play league. My son plays at wethriull park and here, used to bowl at rooty but they had closed down. Out of the three centers Windsor is easilty the best as the staff care for the bowlers and enforce common-sense rules, unlike the other palce, and goes more a step beyond. It is a ncie enviroemtn to be in at all times, pending a good results at my next doctors checkup I would be loooking forward to picking up a league here.Well Done

We recently had a kids birthday party here - it was the best party we've been too. So easy for parents - so much fun for kids - great food - great service - very reasonable pricing. We will highly recommend birthday parties at Windsor Ten Pin Bowling.
Great atmosphere, have had great nights bowling at Christmas and Halloween events. Management and team are doing a great job updating the space.

Organised a school excursion at this venue. 145 children with lunch and 2 games of bowling. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with the organisation process. The day ran smoothly and the kids loved the food! I would recommend this venue to others looking to hold a large event, and will definitely be returning with my school.

I recently visited Windsor Tenpin with my family and encountered extremely rude customer service from the manager. Despite having made a reservation in advance, we had to wait for over an hour to get a lane. When we politely inquired about the delay, the manager's response was unprofessional and dismissive.Throughout our time at the facility, the manager's attitude remained consistently unpleasant. It seemed as though they were disinterested in assisting customers and more focused on other matters or interactions with colleagues.As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, our experience at Windsor Tenpin was tarnished by the manager's poor behavior. I would strongly caution anyone considering a visit to this facility to be aware of the potential for rude customer service.In light of our negative encounter, I hope that the management of Windsor Tenpin addresses these issues and improves their customer service standards for the benefit of all patrons
Not good at all. More expensive than what was advertised. Bread roll for hotdog was stale & don't upgrade your meals they charge over the top for everythingReplyI did ask about the price & was given some story about it not being the correct site & I wanted a can instead of a juice & was charged an extra $3.00 for an upgrade & $4.00 for a coffee. If the site is not right, get rid of it or have something in writing some where people can see.v
Great venue with easy parking and access for people in wheelchair.Martina the manager is friendly, patient and very efficient.The coffee and food us great too!Would recommend to anyone looking to have a fun day.
Great fun and nice atmosphere. Staff are caring and helpful. Always a great activity for families. We took three grandchildren and all five of us managed to impress each other.
