Windsor Tenpin Bowl is a friendly, family fun activity in the Hawkesbury Regionand has been for the last 39 years. We have 18 lanes of computerised scoring and electronic bumpers. We are air conditioned, serving food and drinks from Sindy’s Cafe and have Arcade Games for everyone.
Whether it’s the family battle or just fun with friends, Windsor Tenpin Bowl is the place for it. We have league competitions from beginners through to experienced bowlers during the week.
We offer Birthday Parties for all ages and are Licensed so you can grab a cold beverage while having a game or two.

I recently hosted my son's birthday party at Windsor Ten Pin Bowl, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.The Good:The young staff member running the games was great—friendly and engaging with the kids.The Not-So-Good:When we arrived, we were told there was no space in the fridge for our cake, even though we had paid a deposit and our table was already set up.The staff had a very unhelpful attitude about snacks, constantly reminding us of what we couldn’t do instead of offering solutions. We ended up buying chips and lollies from them, which was fine—but the issue was their approach.No space to store shoes, which is odd for a bowling alley.Mixed messages about food—first, we were told snacks had to be pre-ordered, but minutes later, kitchen staff said everything on the menu was available. The kids' meals were part of the package, and we just wanted some extra snacks for the adults.Had to ask multiple times for the table to be cleaned before we could serve the cake.The seating wasn’t great—small tables and stools that weren’t comfortable for kids.Cleanliness could definitely be improved.Throwing a kids' party is already stressful enough, and the staff's attitude and lack of support made it even harder.I love supporting local businesses, but I also expect basic customer service. Sadly, this wasn’t a great experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for birthday parties.
I recently had my sons birthday at Windsor ten pin bowling and can honestly say they are hands down the best party venue for kids in the area. I have fond memories of bowling here as a kid and love that it’s still around to take my kids to and host their party’s at! We had lots of kids but staff were very accommodating with lots of food for everyone it was just such an easy experience! I’m pretty sure all the kids had the best time! Would highly recommend you book your next kids party at this venue you won’t regret it! 🎳🥳 or just visit for some fun with the family 🥰 love supporting amazing local businesses where we can! ♥️

Me, my mum and my brother always go there for a good time and they always deliver what we expect. Good service pretty good food and GREAT bowling. I definitely recommend coming here for a break after a long day with your family.👍👍👍
We celebrated our son's 14th birthday at Tenpin Windsor and had a wonderful time with friends and family. Hats off to all the staff there who assisted with the arrangements. From the start Martina helped in sorting out everything and kudos to her support and untiring assistance. Our friends are looking forward to celebrate/spend time at Tenpin Windsor! Thanks guys for the great effort you put in!!

We played 3 games every game we needed someone to fix it and we made enough she won’t even give me money back or nothing and we payed for 2 game they had kids everyone like a baby care centre don’t play there shit serve won’t go there ever again
Had my daughter’s 5th birthday here.Thought it was a great set up.Reasonably priced.Great atmosphere and vibe.The staff were really helpful and friendly.The food was also pretty good.Thanks to all the staff for making my daughter’s day great.We will be back and highly recommend you guys. 😎
Nice clean venue. Friendly staff. Good food. The only issues was balls kept getting stuck and pins occasionally didn't reset and kids or elderly assistant ramps need restoration. Saying all that I will still be back. Was there on the 13/12/23 staff were friendly place was clean. Unfortunately the pin resetting system needs maintenance as some times it seems to have a mind of its own. I can only hope it's fixed soon. Still my favorite place to bowl. Congratulations Windsor Ten Pin Bowling you achieved a raise from 3 stars to 4 stars. As of the 12/10/24 due to best experience we have had here. We had our son’s 5th birthday party (as per his request) at tenpin bowling. He and his friends had a blast ! The kids party packages are great and the team are so welcoming and helpful.Thankyou Windsor Tenpin Bowling Team, see you again soon
This is a alright bowling ally food is alright there are a fair few sizes of bowling bowls to pick from none of them really where the right fit for me so I had to go for a bit bigger of a bowling bowl for myself the actual lanes are kept very clean great place for birthdays as well as great prices on bowling (this is my updated review)
Great kids party venue. Staff are lovely, kids had a ball, mums got to sit and talk, very easy to organise - quick and simple, a few guests already commented theyll book parties too as it was such a great option. Recommended!!!

Great centre with great staff. The cafe is great, the lanes are great and very friendly people.
Kids had a great time. Parents got to chill out and have a drink whilst the celebrations took place.
Overpriced for young children. Refused to put bumpers up. Very unpleasant staff. Will never go back.
These all stars are for the bowling club. A great place and staff at the bowling club were very courteous and understanding. However, the cafe which is run under a different management since we dont have access to put any reviews under the cafe, we have to write here. Service was super slow and the staff was extremely rude.They claim they were very busy on that day which was visible and understandable.1) They could tell the customer it will take 30 -40 mins for a coffee.2)They said my father was being rude to a thirteen year old girl:- how would my dad know that she is 13 year old. Asking for his order after 30 mins is being rude these days? For one instance if I believe he was being rude, does that give the staff license to not to serve hot coffe and keep it deliberately and serve it cold? We know this for sure because the tokens after my dad's coffee were all my friends and they got their coffees before him.What kind of service industry are we talking about.If ten pin bowling management is not considering this, its their loss but your reputation is on stake if the cafe is under different management.I am again saying bowling management was fantastic. The issue was with the cafe.Thanks
Great place for kids birthday party and bowling but they have rude restaurant staff and very slow service. I ordered 2 coffees which "only" took about 40 mins after repeated follow-ups with cafe staff. Kids food, party management and overall experience was great but only if they could get the restaurant staff to be more polite and quick it will be a happy customer experience overall.
The best place to celebrate childrens birthday party.At the same time worst place to get services from counter staff.I had ordered for two cups of coffees.After 15 mins when I asked whether coffee is ready and how much time it will take.Otherwise cancell the order and return the money.One lady from inside loudly shouted on me that why was me troubling the counter girl who is of 13 yrs old.After almost another 15 mins when we go to enquire about coffee she gave us the ordered coffee with hated eyes.The coffee was cold and I could realised that coffee was kept ready but served it late to me just because I enquired about my order inbetweenHenceforth I have decided not to go to such shops who don't behave properly with there customers and later she complained to hosts that his guest didnot behave properly with them.Such a big lie.I have received a reply from the Windsor ten bowl asking me to change the feed back.I do accept it if the coffee shop management is different.I do apologies for the same.But in your reply when you defend coffee shop stating that coffee was not kept ready which is wrong because we have seen it physically and tested the cold coffee even and shiwn it to other customers even.So I stand same for my opinion about coffee shop
I bowl in the Zodiac Windsor legaue here and I say it it's a really nice place to bowl. My niece bowks in a league here and says its also regualrly a good environment. My in-laws came the other day for a social bowl and they seemed to be happy. Good feelings all around. Good job to the management!!!!
A couple of years ago i use dto be an avid bowler out in Wetsern Sydney, but as my age had progressed I had stop duie to back issues but recently I had returned watching my son play league. My son plays at wethriull park and here, used to bowl at rooty but they had closed down. Out of the three centers Windsor is easilty the best as the staff care for the bowlers and enforce common-sense rules, unlike the other palce, and goes more a step beyond. It is a ncie enviroemtn to be in at all times, pending a good results at my next doctors checkup I would be loooking forward to picking up a league here.Well Done

We recently had a kids birthday party here - it was the best party we've been too. So easy for parents - so much fun for kids - great food - great service - very reasonable pricing. We will highly recommend birthday parties at Windsor Ten Pin Bowling.
Great atmosphere, have had great nights bowling at Christmas and Halloween events. Management and team are doing a great job updating the space.

Organised a school excursion at this venue. 145 children with lunch and 2 games of bowling. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with the organisation process. The day ran smoothly and the kids loved the food! I would recommend this venue to others looking to hold a large event, and will definitely be returning with my school.

I recently visited Windsor Tenpin with my family and encountered extremely rude customer service from the manager. Despite having made a reservation in advance, we had to wait for over an hour to get a lane. When we politely inquired about the delay, the manager's response was unprofessional and dismissive.Throughout our time at the facility, the manager's attitude remained consistently unpleasant. It seemed as though they were disinterested in assisting customers and more focused on other matters or interactions with colleagues.As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, our experience at Windsor Tenpin was tarnished by the manager's poor behavior. I would strongly caution anyone considering a visit to this facility to be aware of the potential for rude customer service.In light of our negative encounter, I hope that the management of Windsor Tenpin addresses these issues and improves their customer service standards for the benefit of all patrons
Not good at all. More expensive than what was advertised. Bread roll for hotdog was stale & don't upgrade your meals they charge over the top for everythingReplyI did ask about the price & was given some story about it not being the correct site & I wanted a can instead of a juice & was charged an extra $3.00 for an upgrade & $4.00 for a coffee. If the site is not right, get rid of it or have something in writing some where people can see.v
Great venue with easy parking and access for people in wheelchair.Martina the manager is friendly, patient and very efficient.The coffee and food us great too!Would recommend to anyone looking to have a fun day.
Great fun and nice atmosphere. Staff are caring and helpful. Always a great activity for families. We took three grandchildren and all five of us managed to impress each other.
Fantastic place. Great food! Staff are super friendly and funny. They have a great sense of humour. Prices are awesome. It's super clean. Plenty of space in the car park. They even have a recycling unit to return bottles and cans!
